Access and explore your AutoFlow dashboards in our analytics module. This powerful tool provides you with the essential insights required to efficiently manage your business operations daily.
Accessing the analytics module
By default, this module will not be visible to the user. Access to this module is controlled in User Properties. For more information on User Properties click here.
- Navigate to the Main Grid.
- In the upper right, click the Analytics icon. This will open up our Analytics module.
Navigating the dashboards
We've started by building dashboards that include important information that will help with the day-to-day running of your business. The dashboards are currently updated overnight, and we are actively working to provide real-time data in future versions.
- Changing the dashboard
- You can navigate through the different dashboards by clicking on each of the headings.
- Selecting a date range
- Select the date you would like the data to follow. You can also add custom date ranges if needed.

- Select a site
- If you have access to multiple sites, you might find it useful for the dashboard to display information from more than one site.
To effectively track and monitor the performance of your Bodyshop, you have the option to add and update Financial Budgets in AutoFlow. This feature allows you to keep a close eye on your financial data and make informed decisions.
